실험 절차

WSC HCl (7.68 g, 40 mmol) was added to a mixture of 2,4-difluorobenzoic acid (6.32 g, 40 mmol), 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (3.56 g, 40 mmol) and HOBt (5.40 g, 40 mmol) in methylene chloride (150 ml), and stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated, diluted with ethyl acetate and washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3, 1N hydrochloric acid, saturated aqueous NaHCO3 and brine, successively, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated under a reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate 3/1) to give the title compound (6.20 g; 68%).
