실험 절차

A 3M aqueous NaOH solution (0.04 mL, 0.11 mmol) was added to a THF (2.0 mL) and MeOH (1.0 mL) solution of ethyl 3-(5-(2-(((2-chloro-2′-methyl-4′-(trifluoromethyl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)amino)methyl)-3-isopropyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)picolinamido)propanoate (13 mg, 0.02 mmol) and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature. After 2 h the resulting mixture was acidified with 1N aqueous HCl and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organics were dried (Na2SO4), concentrated and purified via column chromatography to yield the title compound.
