Procedure
A solution of 4 N hydrochloric acid in acetic acid (3 mL) was added to a solution of tert-butyl N′-[5-chloro-2-(2,4,6-trifluorophenyl)pentanoyl]hydrazinecarboxylate (333 mg) in ethyl acetate (3 mL), and the reaction solution was stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain 277 mg of the title compound. The property value of the compound is as follows.
