Procedure

Compound 505 (0.083 g, 0.22 mmol) and N-(2-chloroethyl)morpholine hydrochloride (0.082 g, 0.44 mmol) were suspended in CH3CN (5 mL). K2CO3 (0.17 g, 1.2 mmol) and NaI (0.008 g, 0.05 mmol) were added and the suspension was heated in a microwave oven at 130° C. for 40 minutes. The suspension was filtered and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography using a gradient of EtOAc/petroleum ether (40-60) 2:3→1:0 as the eluent. This afforded the title compound. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 7.34 (d, 1H), 7.21 (dd, 1H), 7.17 (d, 1H), 7.10 (d, 1H), 7.05-6.88 (m, 3H), 6.85-6.78 (m, 2H), 6.16 (s, 1H), 4.02 (t, 2H), 3.72 (m, 4H), 2.75 (t, 2H), 2.54 (m, 4H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.25 (s, 3H)
