A solution of the product from Example 4C (1.5 g, 3.93 mmol), (R)-tert-butyl pyrrolidin-3-ylcarbamate (CAS #: 122536-77-0) (1.1 g, 5.9 mmol) and triethylamine (0.9 mL, 5.9 mmol) in acetonitrile (35 mL) was heated to 80° C. for 16 hours. The mixture was cooled to room temperature, diluted with EtOAc, washed with H2O and brine, dried (MgSO4), concentrated and chromatographed on silica gel eluting with ethyl acetate to provide the title compound.
