Procedure
The process is performed according to the procedure described in Example 11 (step 11.2.). Starting with 1.30 g (3.40 mmol) of tert-butyl 3-[(3-methylcarbamoylisoxazol-5-ylmethoxycarbonylamino)methyl]pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate and 4.25 mL of hydrogen chloride as a 4N solution in dioxane, and after triturating in diethyl ether, 0.82 g of a white powder is obtained.
