In the same manner as in Example 21, step 5 and using 7-(2-chloro-5-methylphenylamino)-3-ethoxycarbonylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6-carboxylic acid (72 mg, 0.17 mmol) obtained in step 2 and 4-phenylpiperidine (37 mg, 0.26 mmol), the title compound (72 mg, 84%) was obtained.
