Compound 137 (40 mg, 0.13 mmol), 1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-pyridine-3-carboxylic acid (37 mg, 0.16 mmol), BOP-Cl (50 mg, 0.20 mmol), and DIEA (0.07 mL, 0.40 mmol) were suspended in dioxane (2 mL), and stirred overnight at room temperature. The reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc/H2O. The resulting precipitate was filtered, washed with EtOAc/H2O, and dried under vacuum to provide 181 (42 mg, 61% yield) as a white solid. LC-MS (M+H=519, obsd.=519).
