To a solution of 4-(3-(2,6-Dimethylbenzyloxy)phenyl)-4-oxobutyric acid (Step D) in DMF, add triethylamine and BOP, after couple of hours of stirring, reaction mixture can be added to liquid ammonia at −40° C. and the resulting mixture can be warmed for 16 hours to give title compound.
