N-[4-(2,4-Dioxo-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepin-5-yl)phenyl]-2-nitro-benzenesulfonamide (150 mg, 0.30 mmol) obtained in Example 151, iodomethane (22 μL, 0.36 mmol), and potassium carbonate (45 mg, 0.33 mmol) were stirred in anhydrous DMF (3 mL) for 16 hours. After the disappearance of the starting materials was confirmed, a post-treatment was performed in a conventional manner to obtain the title compound (112 mg, yield 73%).
