N-[4-(2,4-Dioxo-1,2,3,4,8,9,10,11-octahydro-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]diazepin-5-yl)phenyl]-N-methyl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonamide (99 mg, 0.190 mmol) obtained in Example 152, thiophenol (23 μL, 0.228 mmol), potassium carbonate (79 mg, 0.570 mmol), and anhydrous DMF were mixed, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. After the disappearance of the starting materials was confirmed, a post-treatment was performed in a conventional manner to give the title compound (35 mg, yield 55%).
