Procedure
Following the same reaction and purification procedure, the acid 14 (100 mg, 0.38 mmol) was reacted with N,N′-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine (CAS 5752-40-9) (0.08 mL, 0.75 mmol), HATU (177 mg, 0.45 mmol) and DIPEA (0.33 mL, 1.9 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) at room temperature to provide 3-(4-aminopyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidin-6-yl)-N-(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl)benzamide 23. LC/MS (ESI+): m/z 337 (M+H). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.74 (s, 1H), 8.60 (d, J=6.6 Hz, 2H), 8.50 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 1H), 8.43 (s, 1H), 8.28-8.14 (m, 1H), 8.06 (d, J=19.6 Hz, 2H), 7.97 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 3.44 (dd, J=12.9, 6.6 Hz, 2H), 2.47 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 2.22 (s, 6H).
