(S)-2-(1-Aminoethyl)-3-phenyl-5-(phenylthio)pyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4(3H)-one (142 mg, 0.39 mmol) was treated with treated 5-bromo-6-chloropyrimidin-4-amine (245 mg, 1.18 mmol), cesium fluoride (178 mg, 1.17 mmol), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (341 μl, 1.96 mol) according to Preparation 13 to give 0.23 g (75% yield) of the title compound as a solid.
