Procedure

(S)-tert-Butyl 4-(2-(3-(5-chloro-2-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)phenyl)propioloyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-1-carboxamido)benzoate: Combined 48C (0.055 g, 0.221 mmol), 3B (0.078 g, 0.221 mmol), BOP (0.098 g, 0.221 mmol), and DIEA (0.039 mL, 0.221 mmol) in DMF (1 mL). After 24 h, the reaction was partitioned with H2O (10 mL) and brine (10 mL) and EtOAc (60 mL). The organic layer was washed with brine (10 mL) and dried (MgSO4). MS (ESI) m/z: 582.9 (M+H)+.
