Preparation of example 51 from the title compound of Example 7 (hydrochloride) (31 mg, 0.10 mmol), 3-(1-Trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-propionic acid (46 mg, 0.12 mmol), triethylamine (0.021 mL, 0.15 mmol), and O-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate (46 mg, 0.12 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (0.4 mL) and N,N-dimethylformamide (0.4 mL) was carried out analogously to Example 11. Silica gel chromatography (3% triethylamine in 5:4:1 hexane:CH2Cl2:methanol), also in an analogous manner, afforded the title compound (40 mg, 0.062 mmol) as a yellow powder in 62% yield.
