Procedure
The Compound of Example 22 (0.12 g, 0.34 mmol) was dissolved in MeOH (2 mL) and 1 M LiOH (1 mL) was added. The reaction was stirred at room temperature over 16 hours. The reaction was concentrated in vacuo to give a white solid. The solid was dissolved in a small amount of H2O and acidified with 1 drop of TFA. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was purified by HPLC—Method 1 to give a white solid (0.06 g,).
