The product from step (iii) (0.1 g), diisopropyl ethylamine (0.1 ml) and 1-methylpiperidine-4-carboxylic acid hydrochloride (45 mg) were dissolved in NMP (3 ml) then HATU (130 mg) added to the mixture.
