{4-[2-(2,4-Dichloro-phenyl)-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-propyl]-pyridin-2-yloxy}-acetic acid (180 mg) and morpholin (0.04 mL) in DMF (6 mL), were treated with 4-methyl-morpholine (0.140 mL) and HBTU (241 mg). The reaction mixture was stirred at r.t. for 17 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with water (50 mL) and extracted twice with ethyl acetate. The combined organic phases were washed with brine, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (10 g silica gel, ethyl acetate/heptane 70:30) to give the title compound as white solid (134 mg). MS (m/e)=492.9 (MH+).
