After adding 153 mg of 4-hydrazinothiazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester (Example (162c)) and 600 μl of triethylamine to a solution of 394 mg of {2-(4-cyanophenylimino)-2-[2-fluoro-3-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-5-methoxyphenyl]-1-methylsulfanylethylidene}carbamic acid methyl ester in 6 ml of THF, the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 4 hours under a nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction mixture was concentrated, the residue was dissolved in 5 ml of DMF, 600 μl of triethylamine was added and the mixture was stirred overnight at 85° C.
