Procedure

4-Fluorobenzylamine (3 eq.) was added to a solution of the crude product of Step 4 in DMF and the reaction mixture was heated to 90° C. for one hour. The title compound was obtained by RP-HPLC (C18, eluting with water and acetonitrile containing 0.1% TFA).
