Procedure

N-Methyl piperazine (0.140 g, 0.675 mmol) was added to a solution of Example 133 (0.3 g, 1 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) and refluxed for 1.5 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated, treated with water and filtered to obtain the crude title compound, which was purified using flash chromatography (silica gel). Yield: 0.237 g, (70%); 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 2.2 (s, 3H, CH3), 2.4 (s, 4H, 2CH2), 2.8 (s, 4H, 2CH2), 3.2 (s, 2H, CH2), 3.9 (s, 3H, CH3), 5.2 (s, 2H, CH2), 7.8 (s 1H, Ar), 7.9 (s, 1H, Ar), 8.2 (s, 1H, Ar); MS: m/e (ES+) 508 (M+1).
