A solution containing the product from Example 46B (20.0 mmol) in methanol (30 mL) was treated with triethylamine (5.6 mL, 40.2 mmol), stirred at 50° C. for 2 hours, and concentrated. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with 0-30% ethyl acetate/dichloromethane to give the title compound (4.57 g, 85% yield).
