A solution containing the product from Example 63B (0.046 g, 0.057 mmol) in dioxane (1.6 mL) was treated with an aqueous solution of lithium hydroxide (0.63 mL, 0.5 N), and the mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours. An aqueous HCl solution (0.60 mL, 1N) was added, the reaction mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water, and the organic phase was washed with brine and dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated to give the crude product, which was used without further purification.
