Procedure

A solution containing the product from Example 132B (0.023 mmol) in THF (0.25 mL) were added the product from Example 1F (0.005 g, 0.026 mmol), DEPBT (0.010 g, 0.033 mmol), and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.020 mL, 0.115 mmol), stirred at 25° C. for 16 hours, and partitioned between chloroform and 10% Na2CO3 solution. The organic phase was washed with additional 10% Na2CO3 solution and then brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated. The product was purified by chromatography on silica gel eluting with 0-100% ethyl acetate/dichloromethane, followed by 0-5% methanol in ethyl acetate to give the product. The product was re-purified by preparative TLC eluting with 5% methanol in ethyl acetate to give the title compound (0.002 g, 11% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6), δ ppm 0.82 (s, 9 H), 0.91 (s, 9 H), 1.25 (m, 1 H), 1.52 (m, 2 H), 2.41 (m, 1 H), 2.43 (s, 3 H), 2.74 (m, 3H), 2.97 (q, J=9.2 Hz, 1 H), 3.24 (m, 1 H), 3.54 (s, 3 H), 3.66 (m, 1 H), 3.82 (d, J=9.9 Hz, 2 H), 4.09 (s, 1 H), 4.17 (m, 1 H), 4.25 (d, J=16 Hz, 1 H), 4.35 (d, J=16 Hz, 1 H), 4.53 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 1 H), 6.63 (d, J=9.9 Hz, 1 H), 7.11 (m, 8 H), 7.21 (d, J=8.09 Hz, 2 H), 7.51 (d, J=8.56 Hz, 1 H), 7.62 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 1 H), 7.75 (m, 2H), 7.83 (d, J=8.09 Hz, 1 H), 8.60 (d, J=4.1 Hz, 1 H).
