实验过程

A solution of 0.20 g of tert-butyl 4-{4-[3-(2-methoxybenzyloxy)propoxy]phenyl}-3-(2-{2-[2-(toluene-4-sulphonyloxy)ethyl]phenoxy}ethoxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 26b) and 0.33 g of potassium cyanide in 4 ml of N,N-dimethylformamide is stirred at 65° C. over 10 hours. The reaction mixture is cooled to room temperature, diluted with 0.1N NaOH and extracted with tert-butyl methyl ether (2×) and ethyl acetate. The combined organic phases are dried over sodium sulphate and concentrated by evaporation. The title compound is obtained as a colourless oil from the residue by means of flash chromatography (SiO2 60F). Rf=0.44 (1:1 EtOAc-heptane); Rt=6.02.
