Procedure
A solution of 6-(3,4-dichloro-phenoxy)-pyridazin-3-ol (0.51 g, 2.00 mmol), N-methyl-N-phenylcarbamoyl chloride (0.36 g, 2.10 mmol) and 1,4-diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octane (0.24 g, 2.10 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (15 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The solvent was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate:heptane 30:70), yielding the title compound (0.34 g, 44% yield).
