To a solution of 150 mg of (S)-4,6-dichloro-N-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl]pyrimidine-2-amine and 58 mg of piperazin-2-one in 1.5 ml of 1-butanol was added 183 μl of N,N-diisopropylethylamine, and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 20 hours. The reaction solution was air-cooled to room temperature, and then diluted with ethyl acetate. The solution was washed in turn with water and brine and then dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure to obtain 196 mg of the objective compound as white powder.
