Procedure
50 mg of (S)—N2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethyl]-N6-(pyrazin-2-yl)pyridine-2,4,6-triamine was dissolved in 1 ml of methylene chloride, and 43 μl of triethylamine, 22 μl of acetic anhydride and 1 mg of 4-dimethylaminopyridine were added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction solution was diluted with water. The solution was subjected to extraction with ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was washed in turn with water and brine, and then dried over magnesium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 32 mg of the objective compound as yellow powder.
