Procedure

156 mg of (S)-1-{2-[1-(4-fluorophenyl)ethylamino]-6-(pyrazin-2-ylamino)pyrimidin-4-yl}azetidin-3-ol (Example 72) was dissolved in 1 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide, and 571 μl of triethylamine was added thereto and cooled to 15° C. 0.5 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide suspension including 388 mg of pyridine-trisulfur oxide complex was added thereto, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. Ice and saturated ammonium chloride aqueous solution were added to the reaction solution, and the mixture was stirred for 15 minutes, and diluted with ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was washed with saturated ammonium chloride aqueous solution and water in turn, and dried over sodium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and then the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain 50 mg of the objective compound as a brown amorphous solid.
