47-2 (0.24 g, 0.78 mmol) was first treated with 3 mL of trifluoroacetic acid for 30 minutes at 25° C. and then the reaction was evaporated to dryness. The residue was dissolved in n-butanol and 35-1 (0.18 g, 0.78 mmol) and triethylamine (0.39 g, 3.88 mmol) were added. After heating at 150° C. for 18 hours, the reaction was cooled and the product was filtered off, washed with n-butanol, ethyl ether and then dried to afford the product 47-3. Hi-Res MS: calc: 507.1921 found: 507.1914. 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): 12.15(s, 1H); 8.39(s, 1H); 8.25(s, 1H); 7.33(m, 5H); 6.11(s, 1H); 5.14(m, 2H); 4.47(m, 2H); 3.85(m, 2H); 3.69(m, 2H); 3.25(m, 1H); 3.17(m, 1H); 0.93(m, 6H).
