Procedure
The general procedure (Method L) applied to trifluoromethanesulphonic acid anhydride (0.05 ml, 0.3 mmol, 1 eq), 10-chloro-6-hydroxy-8-methyl-8H-quino[4,3,2-kl]acridine, 37 (100 mg, 0.3 mmol) in DCM (50 mL) gave the title compound as a yellow solid, (114 mg, 0.25 mmol, 81%).
