Procedure
160 mg of the product obtained in Stage 1 of Example 7, 10 ml of butanol and 690 mg of trans-1,4-diaminocyclohexane are mixed together, the reaction medium is heated to approximately 150° C. for approximately 4 days. After chromatography on silica eluting with methylene chloride/methanol/ammonium hydroxide in a proportion of 70/25/05 salification is carried out with a 1.4N solution of HCl in ethanol and in this way 60 mg of expected product is obtained.
