Following General Procedure P, 1-(5,6-diphenyl-pyridin-2-yl)-propan-1-one (Compound 76, 90 mg, 0.31 mmol), NH2OH—HCl (87 mg, 1.25 mmol) and pyridine (272 mg, 0.27 mmol) in EtOH (2 ml) were reacted to give title compound as a white solid.
