Following General Procedure P, 1-[6-phenyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-yl]-ethanone (Compound 77, 15 mg, 0.04 mmol), NH2OMe—HCl (15 mg, 0.18 mmol) and pyridine (14 mg, 0.18 mmol) in EtOH (2 ml) were reacted to give title compound as a white solid. (12 mg, 75%).
