Procedure

Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1, except using 4-phenoxybenzoyl chloride, the title compound was isolated as a white solid (57 mg, 65%). MS (ES): M/Z [M+H]=432. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 1.74 (s, 3H), 5.40-5.46 (m, 2H), 7.04-7.16 (m, 4H), 7.20-7.27 (m, 1H), 7.42-7.51 (m, 3H), 7.82-7.88 (m, 2H), 7.99-8.05 (m, 1H), 8.12-8.15 (m, 1H,) and 8.74 (s, 1H). 4-Phenoxybenzoyl chloride was prepared by reacting 4-phenoxybenzoic acid with oxalyl chloride.
