A solution of Example A3 (500 mg, 1.42 mmol), 1-methyl-pyrrolidin-3-ylamine (170 mg, 1.7 mmol) and DBU (383 mg, 2.84 mmol) in NMP (5 mL) was heated with a microwave at 160° C. for 2 h. After cooling to RT, the mixture was purified by silica gel chromatography to yield 3-(5-amino-2-chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-ethyl-7-(1-methylpyrrolidin-3-ylamino)-1,6-naphthyridin-2(1H)-one (500 mg, 85% yield) as a yellow oil.
