N,N-Diisopropylethylamine (70 μL, 0.4 mmol), tris(dibenzylideneacetone)-dipalladium(0) (4.58 mg, 0.0050 mmol) and (9,9-dimethyl-9H-xanthene-4,5-diyl)bis(diphenylphosphine) (5.79 mg, 0.010 mmol) was added successively to a solution of 4-(3-bromoimidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-6-yl)-2-fluoro-N-methylbenzamide (69.8 mg, 0.2 mmol) and quinoline-6-thiol (32.2 mg, 0.2 mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (0.42 mL) in a microwave tube. The tube was sealed and degassed three times, and heated to 100° C. overnight. After cooling, the reaction mixture was diluted with methanol, and filtered. The filtrate was purified by RP-HPLC (pH 10) to give the desired product. LCMS: (M+H)=430.0.
