N,N-Diisopropylethylamine (160 μL, 0.90 mmol) was added to the mixture of 2-fluoro-4-[7-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]benzoic acid (90.0 mg, 0.225 mmol), tert-butyl(2S)-2-amino-3,3-dimethylbutanoate hydrochloride (63 mg, 0.281 mmol) and benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (150 mg, 0.34 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (2.0 mL) at 0° C. The mixture was stirred overnight at RT and was added to aqueous acetonitrile. The precipitates were filtered, dried to give the desired product (0.093 g, 72%). LCMS: (M+H)=569.5.
