A mixture of 6-(4-bromo-3-fluorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazin-3-amine (100.0 mg, 0.3716 mmol, prepared as described for Example 7, Steps 1-5) and 2-chloro-3-quinolin-6-ylbutanal (0.10 g, 0.44 mmol, prepared as described for Example 122, Steps 1-4) in isopropyl alcohol (3 mL) was heated at 110° C. for 48 h. The mixture was adjusted to pH 9 by adding triethylamine. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel with MeOH in methylene chloride (0-8%) to afford the desired product (0.10 g, 60%). LCMS: (M+H)=448/450.0.
