A mixture of 1-{4-[3-(1-quinolin-6-ylcyclopropyl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-6-yl]phenyl}cyclopropanecarboxylic acid (20 mg, 0.045 mmol), ethylamine (2.4 mg, 0.054 mmol), benzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (24 mg, 0.054 mmol), and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (23 μL, 0.13 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (0.5 mL) was stirred at RT for 2 h. The reaction mixture was purified by RP-HPLC (pH 10) to afford the desired product. LCMS: (M+H)=474.1.
