Procedure
To a suspension of 239 (35 mg, 0.133 mmol) in Ph2O (2 mL) was added 2-fluoro-4-nitrophenol (42 mg, 0.265 mmol) and K2CO3 (73 mg, 0.530 mmol). The reaction mixture was heated at 180° C. in a sealed flask for 60 hrs, cooled down to room temperature, loaded onto a flash chromatography column and eluted with EtOAc/hexane mixture (1:1), to afford title compound 240 (20 mg 39% yield) as a yellow solid. MS (m/z): 385.1 (M+1).
