The title compound was prepared from (RS)-[5-dimethylamino-4-methyl-2-(3oxo-3-{3-[5-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxymethyl)-[1,2,3]triazol-1-yl]-phenyl}-propionyl-amino)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M77) (0.42 g, 0.71 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a pale yellow solid (200 mg, 72%).
