Prepared using n-propyl amine (1.67 mL, 20.3 mmol) and the synthetic procedure described for Intermediate 7. Purification of the crude product by SCX SPE (5×10 g) loading and washing with EtOH and then eluting product with 5% NH3 in EtOH, and removal of the solvent in vacuo yielded the title compound as a brown oil (2.4 g).
