Procedure

After N-methylaniline(0.6 ml, 5 mmol) was added to a mixture solution of (R)-5,6-dimethyl-2-(1-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-yl)-2-chloropyrimidine(0.7 g, 2.4 mmol) prepared in the Step 2 of Example 61 and dimethylformamide(10 ml), 0.50 g of the titled compound was obtained in accordance with the same procedure as in Step 4 of Example 57.
