To a solution of compound 58d (50 mg, 0.13 mmol), TEA (0.027 mL), HOAt (1.8 mg) and EDCI (37 mg, 0.19 mmol) in a mixture of dichloromethane (0.8 mL) and DMF (0.3 mL) was added 3-trifluoromethoxybenzoic acid (27 mg, 0.13 mmol). The resulting solution was stirred overnight at rt, and then concentrated. The residue was triturated with water, and then purified by reverse phase HPLC (C18 column, water/acetonitrile gradient containing 0.1% TFA) to afford compound 58e (30 mg, 43%). ESI-MS m/e 541.4 (M+1).
