Procedure

To a solution of ethyl (2S)-2-((3-((2R)-2-(((2R)-2-hydroxy-2-pyridin-3-ylethyl)amino)propyl)-1H-indol-7-yl)oxy)propanoate.2 hydrochloride (205 mg, 0.423 mmol) in acetonitrile (8.7 ml) is added potassium carbonate (294 mg, 2.13 mmol), and the mixture is stirred at 60° C. for 4 hours. After the reaction is completed, the mixture is cooled to room temperature, and filtered. The filtrate is evaporated under reduced pressure to remove the solvent, and the obtained residue is purified by preparative thin layer chromatography (chloroform/methanol=10/1) to give the title compound (131 mg, yield: 85%).
