To a 20 mL scint. vial was added 0.200 g (0.651 mmol) of Intermediate 1, 0.0825 g (0.716 mmol) of 2-amino cyclohexanol, 5 mL of DMF, 0.1815 mL (1.30 mmol) of Et3N, and 0.4952 g (1.3 mmol) of HATU. Allowed to stir at r.t. for 18 h. Extracted with EtOAc, washed with water, brine, and dried with Na2SO4. The title compound was prepared analogous to step A of Example 1-24.
