Compound of example 6 (1.0 g, 3.2 mmol) in dry DMF (25 mL) was reacted with methyl 2-chloro-5-fluorobenzoate (1.22 g, 6.4 mmol) in the presence of NaH (50%, 0.776 g, 16 mmol) as described in example 16, to obtain the title compound.
