A suspension of 145 mg (0.5 mmol) of Compound 17, 134 mg (0.55 mmol) of 4-(4-fluorobenzoyl)piperidine hydrochloride, 185 mg (2.2 mmol) of sodium hydrogencarbonate and 165 mg (1.1 mmol) of sodium iodide in 20 me of acetonitrile was refluxed for 50 hours. Posttreatment was conducted in a similar manner as in Example 18. The residue was purified by chromatography on a silica gel column (eluent: methanol/chloroform=3/97), whereby 220 mg of the title compound were obtained (yield: 95%).
