(5R)-3-(4-Ethynyl-3-fluorophenyl)-5-[(4-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one (Intermediate 9, 40 mg, 0.133 mmol), azidomethyl-benzene(21.2 mg, 0.16 mmol), copper iodide (2.5 mg, 0.013 mmol) and 2,6-lutidine were mixed in dry acetonitrile (2 mL) and stirred at room temperature for over night. The reaction mixture was filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane, the filtrate was concentrated to an oil and purified by reverse phase chromatography with 5%˜95% MeCN in H2O (0.1% TFA). The product was obtained as a colourless solid (15 mg).
